The Club at Hencote

Plan.

Hencote Estate was looking for a new marketing partner to help develop and launch a brand new Wine Club membership and provide support for events. As the chosen marketing partner, Reech came on board to provide Hencote with full-service marketing support, including strategy, design, photography, videography and website design and development.

“It was a huge pleasure to create and assist in launching this exclusive club. From the initial idea through to conception, we worked closely with The Hencote Club to launch an enticing and engaging Club, where members can take advantage of exclusive event invitations and promotional offers.”

Create.

To fulfil the needs of launching The Club at Hencote, we provided a full day of videography and photography to capture the luxurious settings. Using the colour palette of the Estate brand, The Club branding was developed to seamlessly link to the main company, whilst having its own unique, premium feel.

Captured images and footage were used to design and develop a full suite of materials to support the launch of the Wine Membership club, including printed brochure design, banners, email marketing campaign development, personalised invitations and on-brand social media content.

Measure.

Our design of the Club’s online platform provided a seamless experience for regular Hencote Estate clients who wanted to sign up for the membership. The integration of Stripe payment provided the client with a paperless method to capture payments for the membership, whilst creating a database of all members. By having a bespoke microsite, the client was able to keep all membership traffic separate from the main group site, such as requests for accommodation and day-to-day bookings.
