We are excited to announce the appointment of Zoe Bates as Client Services Director.

With a key focus on enhancing the overall client experience, Zoe will oversee all internal departments to ensure our team continues to deliver the best possible service.

Coming from a wealth of background experience, Zoe joins Reech having previously worked as a Director of Client Success for a Digital Marketing Agency in Lichfield, focusing on the client experience, relationship, development and retention. Zoe first cut her teeth in digital marketing back in 2004 as a PPC Account Manager, working alongside household brand names such as First Choice. Having developed a strong awareness for Digital Marketing, Zoe will bring a wealth of marketing knowledge and client experience to strengthen our fast-growing, in-house Digital Services that we introduced earlier this year – including SEO and Social Media Management.
