Reech is looking for a Client Marketing Assistant with passion, drive and enthusiasm to join the Client Relationship Team to support our client’s campaigns.

Summary

The primary function of this department is to ensure Reech builds, develops and maintains relationships with clients.

This role will be varied supporting an abundance of clients and projects across a diverse range of channels including brand identity, print, advertising, digital marketing, website development and much more

You’ll support the Client Relationship Team with:

  • Carry out general administrative duties and communicate effectively
  • Answer the telephone and client phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage reception area and look after visitors, in a pleasant efficient manner
  • Support Client Relationship Team with:
    • Scheduling meetings and meeting notes
    • Obtaining information for client briefing to assist in the
      • Planning and delivery of client marketing campaigns
      • Managing and maintaining key marketing channels, including digital, offline and social media
      • Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials
      • Assisting in the achievement of brand positioning to agreed guidelines
    • Updating time and project management systems
    • Client onboarding
    • Production of accurate and timely client reports.

  • Using technology such as SEO Profiler, Facebook/Instagram ad manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp
  • Monitoring the performance of SEO, email and social campaigns
  • Monitoring the performance of websites
  • Client and competitor research
  • Keyword research
  • Client briefing.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

  • A marketing or digital-related education or keen interest in Digital Marketing (SE), Social, email
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence
  • Competent use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Understanding of modern technology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work towards strict deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment
  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail.
