This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated Website Project Manager, with website and content management experience, to make their mark within our agency.

Working directly in the Web Development department and reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will manage an abundance of web support clients and web development projects. This is an exciting new role, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to use their knowledge and expertise in website support and project management to shape the role to ensure successful outcomes.

This position calls for a highly efficient, organised and resourceful person who relishes tasks that involve lots of communication.

You must be confident in communicating with clients, colleagues, management and suppliers and have strong interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Responsible for project-managing the build of a website from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Daily monitoring of client website projects to ensure there are no bottlenecks and the tasks are carried out accurately and to deadlines
  • Liaising with clients via email, telephone and meetings on the progression of websites and obtaining data and information required
  • Managing TeamWork Project management system
  • Managing project timelines
  • Liaising with all web support clients via email and telephone on support enquires and tasks
  • Making changes to the client’s website via CMS for support requests
  • Manage the support ticket system and all communication with the client
  • Scheduling updates for existing support clients, and ensure these are carried out to SLA, quality and timescale
  • Assisting clients with general enquiries regarding scheduling/meetings/technical support
  • Identifying any challenges team members face in completing their tasks and supporting them to find solutions
  • Quality control checking of all work carried out by the production team to ensure accuracy and adherence to brief
  • Attend client discovery meetings
  • Creation of sitemaps for website and support with SEO strategies
  • Taking briefs from clients and managing these through the creative studio, from concept to completion and delivery
  • Project manage website builds from initial discovery sessions to the successful site launch
  • Coordinating deadlines, workflow and studio-staff
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Developing new strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Alerting the sales team of opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Other duties will include answering company telephone line and managing email enquiries to main office account


  • 2 years of website project management experience
  • Experience of creating, delivering, managing and monitoring successful website development projects
  • Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent and articulate in verbal and presentations conveying interest and enthusiasm
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation to lead, motivate and influence others
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the digital sector.
