The role of Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial part in delivering innovative, high-quality and informed creative solutions for our clients, that help progress their goals and strengthen Reech’s relationship with them. It includes working across all realms of print, digital and website design to produce exceptional work that is not only aesthetically beautiful but further demonstrates an understanding of the project’s strategic objectives.

A key member of the Design and Media Team, the individual needs strong interpersonal skills to help guide junior members of both the department and the wider company as well as to confidently communicate with clients and suppliers.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as an internal expert for all things creative, defining, conceptualising and implementing creative strategy, ideas and inspiration for a wide range of clients
  • Brainstorm and conceptualise individually or within a group, bringing insight to the team and offer inspiration to your colleagues and clients.
  • Present and nurture your ideas all the way from concept to execution.
  • Develop creative and design concepts that meet a client’s business objectives and advance their brand
  • Collaborate internally to generate ideas for new and existing clients.
  • Support sales and marketing producing assets as required
  • Work closely with CRT, Digital and Development teams to bring your ideas to life
  • Comfortable in presenting creative concepts to clients in person and remotely
  • Meet deadlines and present an early warning to internal project stakeholders should any issues arise with project quality or timescales.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design and creatives techniques and methodologies 

Key skills and experience

  • A medium/senior-level designer with strong and successful creative lead experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management, planning and delivery skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
