As Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all content campaigns across Reech’s clients. Working in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Marketing and the wider marketing team, you will develop and create compelling content and campaigns.

The content you plan, deliver, and oversee will range from blog posts to on-page content, brochure to press releases and creative campaigns to support link building efforts and everything in between. You will balance your time between thinking (research, strategy, and analysis) and doing (copywriting, briefing designers, etc), all the while considering the end objective, such as SEO KPIs, brand launch, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead role in developing and deploying content led campaigns
  • Attend client meetings to present results and strategy
  • Work in collaboration with Client Marketing Managers to
    • Create a multi-touch content plan
    • Devise and deliver integrated content marketing campaigns across digital (SEO on-page, blogs, email, PR) and offline (brochures, case studies)
    • Research, plan and create engaging content and use innovation to deliver new ideas
    • Complete research to identify and deploy new content streams
  • Create and develop brand content guidelines inc; Tone of Voice, Straplines, USPs, Values and Mission Statements to be used in offline and online marketing
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and tone of voice, and optimised for search, where necessary
  • Work with SEO specialist to create and deliver against SEO objectives and keywords
  • Optimise content according to SEO and Email practices
  • Use content management systems (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify) to upload and publish content
  • Use Google Analytics and SEMRush to analyse campaign performance
  • Report on the performance of content strategies implemented internally and clients
  • Support the marketing of Reech through content creation and brand awareness (PR, Blogs, etc.)
  • Time management & organisational skills
  • Client communication and attend client meetings (telephone and F2F)
  • Respond to communications via calls and emails within set time scales
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing news and developments, advocating best practices and sharing your insights with the team
  • Delivering content plans, content calendars and being responsible for all forms of content
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities including upsell and cross-sell.

Professional Skills

  • Degree level education or relevant equivalent experience
  • 3 years experience of writing successful content writing
  • Strong understanding of commercial purpose of content
  • Proven track record in dealing with multiple clients/projects
  • Examples of content (traditional and digital) that’s driven performance and results
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEMRush
  • A strong interest in creative content
  • A keen interest in digital marketing
  • Strong written and spoken English, and a passion for creative writing
  • A mathematical and analytical mind, comfortable working with large sets of data
  • Excellent time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and an ability to multitask
  • Excellent GSuite/Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal
