Working within the Client Relationship Team and reporting directly to the Director of Client Services you will work across a diverse range of channels including brand identity, print, advertising, digital marketing, events, website development and much more.

The ideal candidate

As the Client Marketing Assistant, you will support the Client Marketing Managers in their day-to-day management of their clients on communication, client meetings, client reports, client briefs, and ensuring we deliver on our client’s strategic plans.

  • You must be highly efficient, organised, and a resourceful person who relishes working as part of a team but is also happy to work independently.
  • You must also be nosey… we want you to ask lots of questions!
  • You must be confident in communicating with clients, colleagues, management and suppliers and have strong impersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities of a Client Marketing Assistant:

  • Provide day to day marketing support and advice for clients as required, including both traditional and digital marketing
  • Support the Client Marketing Manager by attending client meetings to take notes and actions
  • Manage briefs from clients/colleagues through the creative, digital and development studios, from concept to completion and delivery
  • Support the Client Marketing Manager with marketing reviews
  • Create monthly client reports
  • Assist the Client Marketing Manager in creating campaign briefs
  • Coordinate deadlines, workflow and studio staff.

Requirements for Client Marketing Assistant role

  • A degree in marketing, CIM or Certificate in Professional Marketing
  • Organised, self-reliant, with great time management
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • The ability to work simultaneously on numerous projects
  • Confident in working across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to learn quickly, think creatively and solve problems logically
  • Buckets of common sense
  • Demonstrate calmness under pressure with the ability to problem-solve
  • Have a can-do attitude with an eye for improvements and ways you can help to drive the business forward
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • A willingness to pull together as a team, going above and beyond to deliver on projects.
